Hi, I'm Kristen. I am a leader, coach, and guide. I love people! I have an innate ability to see the good in others, to call forth their greatness and inspire them into action towards the life of their dreams. Whether this is to become a better version of you as a leader, parent, friend or human being, I got your back. I help others see their own brilliance and to experience a life with greater freedom and aliveness.
I am wildly committed to my clients. It's a true honor to walk alongside them and witness their growth as they courageously bring words to their dreams, take actions despite their fears, and experience a life aligned to what matters most to them.
